Physical description: An elongated species with a flat belly profile. The caudal fin is forked and the caudal peduncle is wide. The body ranges from white to light brown in color. A number of dark brown markings overlay. These markings continue onto the fins.

Habitat: Inhabits slow-moving rivers of Pakistan and India.
